I wanted to welcome you all to my new website! This is an exciting adventure that you get to share with me as I explore the new days of blogging. In this blog, I am just going to introduce myself, my business, and my purpose.

In case we haven't met, my name is Laura East, owner of Love and Care PHA. I am a personal home assistant that works independently with you and your entire household for the betterment of your life. My journey began back in 2015 as an activity aide. From there I left to expand my experience working for a company as a home health aide, After a few years, friends, family, and my clients had pushed me to start my own business.

Through my growth of working, I am vastly experienced with a diverse number of people from all kinds of stages in life; such as Parkinson's Disease, Dementia, Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, the deafened, Asperger's, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and many other life challenges. I assist by seeking out the emotional needs of each person through games, reading, arts, crafts, cooking, gardening, and many other fun-filled activities. My client's often refer to me as a "Jill of all trades" due to my extensive knowledge in diverse areas. My purpose is to improve your life with a customized plan that works well for you.
